All right, some of you may have noticed the CPU errors we've been getting at MoGu--growing pains for a growing site! I have recoded the whole site to straight code instead of using the CMS I was using--not because it was a buggy CMS, but because I can't afford my own server, which is what the CMS deserved! Bottom line is you should notice a much quicker site, and no more errors! Thanks--stick around, we're growing like crazy!
if it helps...
Creating/Editing DRM Icons Page 2.
by
Good. You should have just parsed your DRM section...
Moving onwards...
So, now you will see a list of all the icons in the file. To find the ones you want to replace, check the DRM icon map, although you should have already created your custom icons from the first page! Scroll to the icon youwant to change, and click "Replace".
Navigate to the folder you saved your icons to (RAW files), and click the one you want toreplace the current icon with.
You will see the message askingyou to "Please choose bounds of a new RAW image", make sure you select the same size as the current icon--if you named the icons correctly, with thedimensions at the end of the file name (e.g. 317(22x15).RAW), it should auto-populatethe size--and click "Save".
Repeat the last steps with all the icons you want to change. Once you have completed all of them, click "Save changes".
Make sure to change the file type to "all files" and name the file (you choose)CG15.smg. It really doesn't matter what that first part (you choose) is, as long as it ends in CG15.smg.
You will see the message "Block DRM saved in file: (wherever you saved it to)". Click OK.
Once you have saved your changes, and you come back to the previous screen, click "Make *.SHX.
Name the file whatever you named the previous .smg file, but with a .shx extension. So thenew .shx file will be (you choose)CG15.shx. It is VERY important that you save all these files into the same folder--otherwise you will get error messages which will drive you crazy. You have tohave the original reflash file, the .smg file, and the new .shx file into the same folder.
Assuming everything was saved correctly, you will see a blue bar across the bottom of the SHXCoDec window saying "100%". Good job! Click File>Exit.
Open up the folder where you stored the file, and there is your .shx file! Flash away, and you're set!
Congratulations, you have your first DRM icon flash!
