All right, some of you may have noticed the CPU errors we've been getting at MoGu--growing pains for a growing site! I have recoded the whole site to straight code instead of using the CMS I was using--not because it was a buggy CMS, but because I can't afford my own server, which is what the CMS deserved! Bottom line is you should notice a much quicker site, and no more errors! Thanks--stick around, we're growing like crazy!
if it helps...
Creating Custom Language Packs
by mikekay10
This guide will show you how to remove a language from one language pack and add it to another.
In order to do this you will need a program called
Lets assume you want to add Russian to language pack 21 which contains UK English, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa.
Download a pack containing Russian - e.g. Language Pack 0123
Language packs are available from
First we need to extract the Russian language from language pack 0123.
Select the language pack 0123 file by clicking on the area shown below and browsing to the .shx file you downloaded.
Then hit the "Split source SHX file"
Now go to the Utilities menu and choose the Language pack editor menu item. You will get the following screen:
Highlight the desired language - in this case Russian - and hit "Save Language".
Save the language with a filename you will remember - e.g. Russian
Now close SHXCodec down.
Run SHXCodec again. This time browse to the language pack you want to add Russian to and hit the "Split source SHX file"
Go tothe Language pack editor menu item again. Now you will see the other languages listed, some languages - those which use a different alphabet may be shown as unknown.
Click add from file and browse the language file you saved previously. You should get a success message.
Now click on "Save Langpack" and give the file a sensible name
Click the "Make SHX" button and again give the file a sensible name.
Close SHXCodec down.
Use RSD Lite to flash the file you just created to your phone
Thats it - you are done!
You can combine languages with a font language pack to get that font in your chosen language.
