All right, some of you may have noticed the CPU errors we've been getting at MoGu--growing pains for a growing site! I have recoded the whole site to straight code instead of using the CMS I was using--not because it was a buggy CMS, but because I can't afford my own server, which is what the CMS deserved! Bottom line is you should notice a much quicker site, and no more errors! Thanks--stick around, we're growing like crazy!
if it helps...

(Updated 22Feb. - Ver 1.39a)
The auto-installer will guide you through the install process.
Step 2 - Install Drivers
The instructions below will guide you through the process of installing the drivers for your phone. Although the process appears long on first inspection, it shouldn't in fact take more than two minutes.
Before you can use any function of the service, you must install all the Motorola drivers.
If you have PST, RSD Lite, or Motorola Mobile Phone Tools installed on your computer (or you have already followed the Get Connected guide), you can skip this step and move onto Step 3 as drivers should already be installed.
Plug your USB data cable into your phone, switch the phone on. Windows should find new hardware.
1. Windows should now launch your wizard saying "Found New Hardware - USB Device"
2. The "Found New Hardware Wizard" is launched. Choose "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced). Click "Next"
3. Click "Include this location in the search" box. Click the "Browse" button.
4. Browse to your C: drive, and then to the "Program Files" folder. Expand this folder by clicking on the plus sign, and find the "MotoBlade" folder (i.e. C:\Program Files\MotoBlade). Select this folder and press the "OK" button.
5. Click "Next"
6. You may or may not get the next few messages. If you do not, then you can skip the next few steps. If you do get the above message, click "OK"
7. Click the "Browse" button.
8. Once again browse to the C:\Program Files\MotoBlade folder. Double click on this folder to open it.
9. Highlight P2K.sys and click Open.
10. Click "OK" if you receive any more such messages.
11. Click "Finish" your done. NOTE:If Windows detects your phone as a Motorola USB Modem that is also OK.
After doing the above, please reboot your computer, then plug the phone in and switch on again. If Windows does not find any more drivers they should be installed correctly. The next section will test the installation of the software and the drivers.
Now run the Cell-Unlock.com software. This can be found by going to Start Menu, then to the "All Programs" menu, finding the newly-installed "MotoBlade" folder and running the USB Unlock software.
The application should open looking like this:
Testing the software.
1. Open the software and enter username "test" and password "test" (without the quotation marks).
-The Name/Password info is case sensitive - make sure you enter these exactly.
2. Press connect. If you receive a notification from Windows Firewall (or any other software firewall application), click "unblock" to allow the software to connect to the server. After a short delay, your computer should connect to the unlock server.
3. Select your phone model from the drop down box next to 'Motorola', and highlight "Info Read" from the box below.
4. Connect your phone and switch it on. Wait until your phone has finished booting up.
5. Press start.
6. If you are presented with an error regarding "Motorola Interface not found or Corrupted" then your computer should ask you to install some new drivers. Go through the same process as above to install any new drivers - directing Windows to the "C:\Program Files\MotoBlade" folder. The computer may detect multiple devices, so you may need to do this multiple times. Make sure that the computer has stopped detecting new devices before moving to the next step.
7. Now press OK on that error message and then wait for the software to display all the information about your phone in the left window.
8. If this is done successfully, then the software is accessing your phone correctly.
In order to complete the unlocking process, you will need to purchase an unlocking credit from us.
9. For some phone models there will also be a "Check Unlock Possibility." Use this option to make sure that the unlocking software is compatible with your phone's firmware.
All Unlocking Functions are disabled for Test mode. You will need to purchase a login/password in order to gain access to unlocking functions.
